What the website does

We provide general auto insurance information and a tool to prepare a comparison checklist. We do not provide insurance quotes or accept policy applications.

Planner answers

The planner asks about your goal, vehicle count, current insurance situation and ZIP code. These selections are held in the current page while it is open. They are not automatically submitted, stored in cookies or saved in browser storage. Closing or reloading the page clears the planner’s in-page state. The tool does not ask for your name, phone number, date of birth, driver’s license number, VIN or payment details.

Saving a checklist

If you choose “Save my checklist,” the website creates a text file on your device containing your selections and preparation notes. Keep or delete that file using your device’s normal file controls. It is not uploaded to us.

Email you choose to send

“Email my checklist” opens your email application with a draft containing your selections. You can edit or discard it. If you send it, we receive your email address, message and any additional details you include. We use that correspondence to respond to your enquiry. Do not email payment information, identity documents or other sensitive information.

Technical information

When hosted online, the hosting service may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages and request times to serve and secure the website. The included website does not use analytics pixels or advertising tracking scripts. Images, fonts and other assets are served with the site.

External websites

Links to consumer information resources or an optional quote provider take you to third-party websites. Those websites may process information under their own notices. Planner answers are not appended to external links. Information you submit elsewhere is handled by that website, not by this planner.

Retention and requests

Planner selections remain only in the current page. Email correspondence may be retained while needed to respond and handle the enquiry. Contact us with questions about information you have sent, including requests to access, correct or delete it. Applicable rights and retention requirements depend on your location and circumstances.
